Emma Banana in the mitzvah tank bus

On Thursday, i decided to go to Manhattan for a Jewish ballad.
I don't often go to the city because of the crowd, the heat, the pollution and the very bad smell of garbages which give me headache.

Spending my time in neighborhoods with a big density of Hasidim, made me forget that other types of people inhabit this city.
It was like a first time in the city, looking at new yorkers with kippah or not. I was 'surprised' to see peyos boys in the city. It was like a Photoshop image where they have changed the background of the image.

I had a personal appointment with the Mitzvah Tank bus. I was not sure that they will let me in as a woman with cleavage and sandals.
Nothing ventured with a rabbi, nothing gained with the rabbi!
The rabbi was so welcome, thus i didn't think of my answer when he asked me if i wanted to pray with them.
I jumped in the bus, just like heaven!

The rabbi didn't have long hair and red lipstick like Robert Smith, the singer of this amazing New Wave music band, The Cure.
But he has hair, and i was surrounded by about ten hirsute men. A jacuzzi of hair! So good!

Emma Banana felt like a princess in a calèche.
The rabbi asked the men to leave the sofas, and he pulled the curtain.
I was at the end of the bus, praying with them.
When will the rabbi come to deliver me? I didn't dare to move.
I read the prayer book he gave me.
He opened the curtain when the shofar was blown.
Out of context, we can think that they dance or that's a sex class,

This rabbi was more than friendly, and it was a great moment. I enjoyed it more because i will never live this kind of experience in Paris. In Israel, probably i will do.

The rabbi wanted to introduce me to a man who spoke French. I prefer to speak English and to improve it.

Should emma Banana drive Hashem to Heaven?
I am not allowed to drive, Hashem will be safe.
I wished i would be the assistant of the rabbi driver and would go back to Crown Heights with him. :-)

I got to go, for a stroll to the Jewish Museum and a stop by at La Maison du Chocolat.
I met nice people there and a very young server, French. We talked during two hours. When two French people meet, surrounded by French chocolate, the rest of the world doesn't exist. Same or worse in a French cheeses store. :-)
I have the idea to introduce him to the son of my Russian mother. She is looking for someone who speaks French for his son. Both of them work and study in the same field. That will be a perfect match, i hope so!

Then, the Jewish Museum.
Very quiet late in the afternoon. I have already been there once.
I bought a tiny Magen David.

On my way back home, i bumped into a Jewish cousin (same last name than my father). I summarized and updated her about my last Jewish family stories.
"You should write a book! Your life is amazing!"
I am not thinking of that, i need an artistic structure in my mind first.
I am waiting for the click like some guys are waiting for Moschiach. :-)
