Other Jewish Instagram and a Hasidic story

Hasidic story:
"One Erev Yom Kippur, a man was getting undressed for the mikvah. He glanced around self-conscious while trying to conceal the tattoo on his shoulder, a remnant of his wild and Un-Orthodox youth. An old man - a Shoah Holocaust survivor approached him, pointed to his tattoo in his forearm and said: "You are not the only one with the past you'd rather forget. I like you bear this mark. But soon it will be Yom Kippur, a day of atonement. Let's look to the future, together." My ink is a mark of my past, os someI'd rather forget, but others have I no regret. They are here, but my destiny is with the Jewish people, those are my choices now."

Intense devotion:
To implore the sky in public place.
I am in admiration for those who can express holy emotions without hiding.
I can't do it yet.

I am lucky to have a bed turned to the sky.
I always need to see the sky from my bed.
I am shier to look at the sky now, i know that He is looking at me, i feel Him more deeply.

I can't hear what they say. Are they prayers, personal requests or both?
